2. Order Cancellations
Before Shipment

If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed and will be evaluated according to this policy.

3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds, replacements, or store credits may be provided in the following situations:

If a shipment is officially declared lost by the carrier, Vitanova Biologics may provide a replacement shipment or refund after completion of the carrier's investigation.

We reserve the right to provide supporting documentation regarding orders, shipment confirmations, tracking information, communications, and policy acceptance records in response to disputed transactions.
