All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders using trusted courier services across Canada. Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination, weather conditions, and carrier delays.

Estimated delivery times:

Ontario & Quebec: 1–3 business days
Western & Eastern Canada: 3–7 business days
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Packaging & Discretion

All orders are shipped in discreet packaging with no indication of product contents on the exterior of the parcel.

Temperature & Storage

Certain products may be temperature sensitive. Customers are responsible for ensuring products are brought inside promptly after delivery and stored according to recommended conditions upon arrival.

Weather
Courier interruptions
Customs or regulatory delays
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect address information may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the package/product if applicable.

Interac e-Transfer (Canada Only)
After selecting Interac e-Transfer at checkout, please follow the steps below to complete your order:

  1. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your payment details.

  2. Send your payment through your online banking application or desktop banking.

  3. Ensure the payment amount matches your order total exactly.

  4. Include your Order Number in the message section of the e-Transfer.

  5. Once payment has been received and confirmed, your order will move into processing and shipment preparation.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

  • Please do not include product names or detailed order contents within the e-Transfer notes.

  • Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received and verified.
